Thankyou Mr. President

I met George Bush. I said it's a pleasure to meet you Governor Bush and asked him to sign a Texas Rangers program for my son. He did and we had a nice chat about baseball.

Rush Limbaugh was asked the same question by a drooling con about what he'd say to Clinton. To his credit Rush replied that he'd say "It's a pleasure to meet you Mr. President."

I would say, "Thank-you for your service to this great nation, we still stand behind you so don't get down on yourself."

I would say the same thing to every President, even Carter. Arguably the worst President in most of our lifetimes.

By the way, excellent question. I have actually thought about this a lot lately. Because I can only imagine what Bush goes through everyday. Agree or disagree with the President. I am ashamed to see all these disrespectful people treat his office with such contempt. He is still your President whether you support him or not and he deserves to be treated with the dignity and respect that accompanies his office.

Why did you invade Iraq without concrete evidence that Saddam Hussein was connected to Al-Quaida and what made you think invading the entire country and trying to force democracy was the right course of action?
