well, there are about 2.5 ish cm's to an inch and I think 12 inches to a foot. so divide the number of cm's you've got by 2.5 (ish) - look on the ruler to find out exactly. then say the answer is 40 (for example) divide that by 12 to find out how many feet, the remainder will be the inches left over.

an example - 760 cms

divide 760 by 2.5 = 304 inches

divide 304 by 12 = 25.3 ft

hope this helps

366cm* 91cm = 33306 cm ^2
inch = 2.54 cm
so
1 inch ^ = 2.54 cm^2 = 6.4516 cm^2/in ^2
now divide
33306cm^2/ 6.4516 cm^2 = 5162.44... in ^2
and
1 ft^2 = 12in*12in = 144 in^2/ft^2
finally
5162.44... in ^2/ 144 in^2 = 35.85... ft^2

depends how exact you have to be but generally speaking there are 2.54cm in 1in. to convert the example into ft:
366cm(1in/2.54cm)(1ft/12in)=144.10in=12.01ft
91cm(1in/2.54cm)(1ft/12in)=35.83in=2.99ft
366cm*91cm=5163.10in^2=35.85ft^2
those are approximations using the initial conversion approximation

2.54 cm = 1 in.
12 x 2.54 = 30.48 ins. = 1 foot.
366 x 91 = 33,306 cm
33,306 ÷ 30.48 = 1,093 feet = 13,113 ins.

Or,
336 cm = 144 in
91 cm = 35.8 in
144 x 35.8 = 5,155 in² = 35.8 ft²
