Looks cool, I'd probably wear it. I agree with the other replies though, please DON'T roll the pants up.
The only time you can get by with rolling pants up & NOT looking like a poser, is if you plan on being around a beach, lake, or pool, and getting your feet wet. Then it's fine.

Absolutely marvelous, with or without the bag, provided that you're headed for the Gay Pride parade or to MC a Village People reunion concert.
Otherwise, perhaps a bit too metro-sexual for most people to pull off.
