Yes you can.
square root of 125 = 11.1803399
third root of 25 = 2.92401774

11.1803399 / 2.92401774 = 3.82362246

sqrt(125) = sqrt(5*25) = sqrt(25) * sqrt(5) = 5*(5^1/2) = 5^3/2
And,
cuberoot(25) = cuberoot(5^2) = 5^(2/3)

5^3/2 / 5^2/3 = 5^(3/2 - 2/3) = 5^(9/6-4/6) = 5^(5/6)

125 / 25^(1/3)

125 / (5^2)^(1/3)

125 / (5^((2)(1/3)))

125 / (5^(2/3))

(5^3) / (5^(2/3))

5^(3-(2/3))

5^(((3)(3)/3)-(2/3))

5^((9/3)-(2/3))

5^(7/3)
