i went to the YMCA and i was naked in the locker room showers and this old guy started to take a shower right next to me, and he started to stair at me, and i saw that his penis got erected then he started a conversation with me. was he checking me out?. do guys normally do this( i am 14) please HELP!

That is totally inappropriate. If you were my son and some guy was talking to you with wood in the shower at the gym I would personally kick the **** out of him and I am not kidding the only thing worse than a pedophile is... Well nothing is worse he is a sick individual and you need to go to someone in charge at the ymca teens and older men should not be showering together.
