How it is ok to talk about the other differences, but when it comes to brain size and the ability to learn, you whimp out and are afraid to tell the truth?

Please don't be abusive. This is a simple question and I am looking for a real answer from Zoologist. And I want to examine if the community will only separate races on penis size.

John, why are you coming across to me as if I am an idiot. Why are you hostile? You obviosly know something about the question, you say you are a zoooloigist, but when someone else is curios about the answer you demean them. What kind of a joke are you. However, you prove original skeptisme on the questions of genetics, when posed with a question that separates the species other than penis size, the "scientist" don't stand by their studies for fear of hurting fealings and can't tell the truth or offer any real evidence or numbers for fear, you can only demean and be hatefull. What a cop out...you coward.

Intelligence is a tricky thing to measure, but since you aren't specifically asking about that, here's something a little more concrete.

Raw brain size varies more by sex than it does by geographic population or race. Differences in brain size can be correlated about entirely to whole body size.

The brain-to-body size ratio is a much more important factor. Animals with a high ratio tend to be more intelligent and have a greater capacity to learn. Dgos and cats, for instance have smaller brains for their bodies. Humans and dolphins have heavier brains for their bodies. The brain-to-body size ratio is actually pretty constant across all humans, and it doesn't vary significantly with different "races," as the term is defined.

Another couple of things to keep in mind...

Larger brains aren't necessarily smarter brains. Einstein's brain was examined after his death and it might as well have been some random idiot's brain, or yours, from a morphological standpoint.

The skull is just a brain case. Larger skulls do not necessarily mean larger brains, as the brain does not expand to fill every nook and cranny of the skull. Measuring skulls for brain size is inexact, and using skull size to indirectly infer intelligence is even worse.

Race, while popular, is not a particularly good way to categorize human diversity. It leaves out many things that ought to be included, it groups many odd things together, and then puts them all under a geographic origin paradigm that may or may not be justified for individual traits. There are better ways to categorize people.

Which race of humans has the largest brain? Ability to learn?

First, when comparing different species, than the size of the brain in relation to the body-size is an indication of intelligence. Within species, it's not at all correlated with intelligence. Secondly, there is much more variation WITHIN each race -- which is an artificial construct, not a biological reality -- than there is between races. There is no difference between the races with respect to their ability to learn. There are only individuals who are better or worse at learning this or that particular type of thing. If you were interested in the truth, you could investigate research on this topic.

Brain size is actually an indicator, but not the way most think! Racists used to hold on to the fact that European brains(and heads) are generally larger than Africans! While this is true, they eventually had to let it go after discovering that size does not equal intelligence.

What does indicate intelligence is accomplishments! You don t have to look far to see that the contributions to the foundations of civilization by Europeans sits at a big fat ZERO! Nothing has every come from a European mind that has moved civilization.

Government, Science, Mathematics, Political Systems, Law, Medicine and all Religions come from a single place... Africa and Africans. Most notably the Africans from Nubia and later Egypt!

In modern times, the rest of what Europeans claim has come from other Africans. China delivered Gun powder, printing and jet planes, while Einstein delivered the nuclear age!

All people are genetically African, but Europeans are the least African(read Modern Human), being highly mixed with the sub human group known as Neanderthal. While Chinese are also mixed with Neanderthal, it s a different strain, and the mixture isn t as high as Europeans.

Africans are the only 100% pure Modern Man on the planet, but you don t have to be pure to behave and be human, but there is a large group of Europeans that have so much Neanderthal that they think and behave differently than most humans.

Obviously, this added DNA in Europeans was a factor in their inability to come up with bigger civilization concepts, but they do add to some of the science created by Africans!

Brain Size And Race

Intelligence don't go with the size of the brain but with its ratio to the rest of the body...
Also, we are understanding more and more about the fact that the neocortex could be the component of the brain responsible for our intelligence... Then again most peoples think that intelligence is what make human standing apart from the rest of the animal kingdom, but the truth is that self consciouness, is another very important vector. And as far as I am concerned, there is a lot of peoples in this world, that lack this ability, or use it not often enough...

I think the largest people have the largest brain. So my assumption is Danish.
But there is no correlation between brain size and ability to learn. Ther is a correlation between ability to learn and the number of neurons associated with learning. When you figure out the number let me know. My bets are on the chinese.

First of all, there is only one human race, homo sapiens. Neanderthals, Denisonvans, Erectus etc. have all died out. Typically the more body mass, the more brain in humans. However, this doesn t say anything about density, connections (wiring), or schooling from an early age. Thus, brain size is kind of useless unless you know the complexity and schooling an individual has received.

I learn this from human anatomy, and brain sizes varies, race is not even a factor. Some certain race might have larger skull sizes, but like all other organs in humans, the brain varies.

If you want an answer from a real zoologist, why are in in the social science section? Brain size has been shown in MRI scanning not to have a significant correlation with intelligence. Now, as to ability to learn. There is variance between populations in intelligence, correcting for bias and showing the greatest variance in the G laden portions of the test. That is, reaction time. reverse span and rotation of objects, to name a few. The cause is not really settled. Intelligence has a heritability factor, but it is not known yet whether this is between populations, or not. We will get you your answer when we do. Regardless of any answer, though, you do not treat individual humans by the average of there group. You know that much, don't you?

PS I am coming across to you as if your were an idiot, because you are an idiot! The neo-cortex is the outer area of the brain and that is only a piece of the evidence I gave you, which you denied I gave you! I did not treat you badly, until now. You are a pompous little ***, who needs his mommy to give him a good spanking!

Now that part is hostile. You obviously are to stupid to tell hostility from bluntness. Your little game, here, is not going unnoticed or unremarked by others here.
