Is anyone shocked that Melinda was not in the finale. If so leave a note

It's old news, but Melinda was clearly the best singer. It doesn't really matter though because if you finish in the top five or so, your future career isn't dependent on what place you finished in.

Um...I was shocked that she didn't make it. Blake was my favorite, so, of course, I wanted him to be in the finale, but to be truthful, I thought Blake didn't have a chance (well, maybe a bit) to be in the AI6 finale against Melinda. But, I think everyone that was a fan to Melinda were quite confident Blake wouldn't make it either....that he didn't stand a chance, so most of them didn't vote cause they thought she would make it.
Woah, I sceamed like heck when Blake made it...I was SO happy! =) Even though he didn't win, I'm still proud for him, he'll always be my favorite. Blake and Jordin will both be successful. ;)

I'm not shocked anymore. I was at first but since the show has been over for a very, very, very long time. It doesn't bother me anymore. She will have a good career even though she placed 3rd.

she had the best vocals in the whole show.
though i didn't like or dislike her i think she deserved to win
being in top 3, singing in front of america and having a street named after her name were achievements for her
i hope she makes it well in the music industry
