Are you a hugger, slight toucher, or do you stay in your own space?

I am talking about with friends, co-workers, and acquaintances.

.....truthfully Alda, I don't really want to hug anyone except my husband & kids.....I've always been like this...into my own space, I guess. Many people like to hug at church & such, I do hug them, but casually...and the guys, side hugs...love to hug on my honey though....I know, some people love to hug the crud out of ya ~ not me..................

I'm a hugger and a slight toucher with friends, but I stay away from co-workers and people I don't know.

With friends I'm very affectionate, a hugger and a cheek kisser. Co-workers get a slight touch at like Christmas. I don't touch people I don't know well or love.

I am a hugger.....I never stay in my own space, but have to make sure they are friends, not just co-workers first.

Hmm. Depends. I'll hug female friends that I'm really tight with. All males get a handshake or soul clap except my
father. My father and I hug. I don't touch any female that I
feel too unfamiliar with. I think that's kind of fresh.

I think I am going to have to stay in my own space. The only people I hug are my family. I like to keep my distance.

Im a slight toucher. Can't help it, it just comes naturally, that's the way i am.

I dont hug often but I would like to. I wish there was more affection in my life. I stay in my space but I will give back hugs and kisses

I prefer hugging but have to discern who will tolerate it some as I can see here are very touch phobic and dont like it. I think its more healthy mentally as long as it is within cultural limits respecting other's,etc
