No governing body, local, state, or federal, would be allowed to pass a new law or ordinance for one year. What do you think the effect would be?

Let's just take this just one step further. We have a presidential candidate right now as I type this who'll take an ax and chop out huge chunks of the government and the accompanying laws. Get this: This means bye bye Homeland security and patriot act, Bye Bye IRS to be replaced by NOTHING, bye bye federal reserve (it' a private bank and NOT a government agency yet it controls our money -- look at the dollar bill), and on and on. that person is:
