Because he's as liberal as you can get and loves to complain about everything . He lives to put the blame on everyone but himself. It's part of being a democrat.

Harry Reid seems to whine about everything, but, as a staunch liberal, he doesn't have a clue or the guts to actually try and accomplish anything.
Anyone who thinks people like Reid don't boost the enemy's moral is delusional.

He knows that would be political suicide. As much as they like to lie about support for the war, the Dems know they would be rode out of Washington on a rail if they failed to fund the troops.Even that moron Reid isn't that stupid.
