Whether or not watching it in itself is ok is a matter of opinion, but when you do you are basically supporting the industry of using and objectifying of women, and possibly supporting their exposure to dangerous and unsafe situations. That said, as you do indicate no "gary glitter" stuff (smart euphenism), these women ARE adults and do not HAVE to do it. Some may feel compelled, however, by potential poverty, drug addiction, or a strong desire to feel accepted or pretty. So it really is your call. If you are not in a committed relationship, or have a girlfriend that does not care, then it basically comes down to your own feelings about sex and whether or not you want to support the porn stars' lifestyle.

As far as whether or not it is normal.... the pornography industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. That means that MANY, MANY men are buying this stuff; a lot more than will actually admit it. If you define normal as being a significant population of people accepting and participating in an activity, then pornography is as normal as anything. I guess it depends on how you look at it.

You have to be over 18. Thats the law. I think 98 % of the people (OK, MALES!) like it and the other 2 % are liars. It is normal. I don't think women like it as much as men. People who do not like it should be prohibited by law from looking at it. It is always a target of those who consider themselves morally superior enough to judge everyone else, condemn everyone else, cast the first stone because they are utterly pure without sin, etc. (what is gary glitter stuff, by the way??)
