Hey-- I found a couple of websites that offer some tips for typical carnival games:
http://www.retrocrush.com/archive2003/fair/
http://vt.essortment.com/beatcarnivalga_rayx.htm
They're worth reading-- remember though, that the games ARE rigged so that they can make money and your chances of winning aren't even halfway decent to begin with. You can easily end up spending $20 bucks or more on a poor quality giant stuffed animal (if you are lucky) that you'll have to haul around with you all day, and later won't be able to sell at a garage sale for 50 cents. No joke. Unless you really enjoy playing the games themselves, you might as well spend the money on food or souvenirs where you'll actually get something for it, guaranteed.

Yeah I do. I work thoose games. For the game where they have like three blooks on a table and you need to knock them all off hit between the bottom one and the one above it. for the pop a ballon with a dart game. that one is not to hard at least where i work it is just that you have to trade up to a bigger prize. for the ring the bottle game you have to just get lucky honestly. for basketball games it must be nothing but net. I say do race games someone will win. also the game where the person guesses your age weight or what ever there is not trick to that. the prizes just cost less then what it cost to play the game.

I worked our county fair one year (in a food booth) and the way I worked it was get real friendly with the game worker and they will let you slide. I don't know if it will work at an amusement park, where everyone is closely watched, but the local fairs always have shady people working the booths and can be bribed (usually).
Good luck!

It Depends what type of amusement park you're in. If you're in a low budget park they will more than likely jip you. But if you go to succesful parks such as six flags that dont mind losing prizes than those games are easier to win at

Play the games that's a competition so someone has to win. Trick to winning the fill the balloon up with water game: Don't look at your balloon. Just keep the gun focused on the hole.
