Don't you mean a Plan B? Unless of course, you are implying that he never had a Plan A, to begin with. :-)

To Bush Oil, everything's great. The troops are protecting the oil fields, the Iraqi Congress is being intimidated and threatened into passing a bill to sell their oil fields to Bush Oil, and the token troops in populated areas have only suffered 3500 casualties. They're collateral damage.

lmao! I think your question is quite humorous! Since, we all know he never had a plan "A" in the first place! And, for those who still 'believe' in this mess in Iraq --- Beware our Rights have only begun to diminish! as in... the prez who would be king!

Actually, every report I have seen in the last few weeks indicates just the opposite.
The full surge has not even been enacted yet. Troops are still being moved, trained and deployed to their new posts. Full deployment isn't suppose to be done until late summer.

the last of the troops aren't even in place yet, and they were suppose to evaluate it's effectiveness in the fall. It's June. Check back then or can't you wait little Pelosi?
