No, Aishwariya Rai is not. Honestly, I don't get the hype over her. I think she is gorgeous but she is not the most beautiful women in the world. No woman can be because beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Not to sound cheesy, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I personally thinks she's beautiful but I would never say just one person is the most beautiful woman on earth. There are lots of beautiful women out there. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

Beauty is so subjective. I don't see how any woman can be declared the "most beautiful woman on earth." There are always going to be people who don't agree and people who think someone else is more beautiful.

She is pretty, but I don't think she is that "beautiful". Even though I am a straight female, I admit I find women with different colored eyes, hair and skin much more interesting and attractive than one with brown skin, eyes and hair. A woman with very dark hair, bright blue eyes and a pale peaches and cream complexion is much more beautiful to me than RAI is.

She has bags under her eyes and a kind of squint-pucker expression. Many are more beautiful, but I can't say who is most - except not this one.
