I don't. Job interviews. They are like really a drag. Job descriptions are not interesting. Seems like most jobs could be done by most people with a little training but employers all want certifications and degrees and experience out the azz.

Most employers only want someone who is willing to learn and someone who is going to show up everyday , on time. People with degrees generally apply themselves more. Not to say that people who don't have degrees do not apply themselves, it just shows more effort. If there are reasons you couldn't go and get a certificate or degree that is one thing ( you had to take care of you dying mother,)but being too lazy and not applying yourself shows an employer that you don't care enough about yourself why would you care about the job.

No I sure don't like looking for a job and unfortunately trying to find one has been a hard task for me.
