Yes. The reason the cow jumped over the moon is because it was too small! But dinosaurs were the right size to land on the moon and roam freely. Gosh, some really amazing things have happened in this bizarre universe we live in! I mean, MAN!!!

No. No dinosaurs, or any kind of life for that matter, has been found anywhere except on earth. As far as we know earth is the only place capable of harbouring life. And the moon is an extremely hostile world even for bacteria let alone dinosaurs.

No. Dinosaurs were animals and needed oxygen in order to survive. The Moon has no appreciable atmosphere, so a dinosaur on the Moon would quickly die of suffocation, decompression and lung damage.

No, the moon was ripped from the earth shortly after the earth formed. Unless dinosaurs had space shuttle's, I highly doubt it.
