Thank-you for your advise. I think there's a job for your kind of thinking in Washington.

You really should edit before you post.

I believe in free speech, i.e., that the government has no business suppressing political expression. That's why I support the right of people like Michael Savage to have their forums. Actually, I listen to Savage, Limbaugh, and Boortz and the whole gang. It keeps me from letting my mind get lazy.

Sometimes I do support the President--even he is not always wrong. I also criticize him when his actions don't seem to be in the best interests of the country.

If you are willing to cede the right to free speech, which of our other Constitutional rights would you allow to slide? The right to petition the government for redress? Peaceful assembly? To be secure in our homes and free from unreasonable search and seizure? The right to a speedy trial by a jury of our peers when charged with a serious crime?

Or maybe the right to keep and bear arms?

I encourage you to speak your views, and I strongly encourage you to learn a bit about our Constitution and the freedoms that it guarantees. Then you may understand what motivates our sons and daughters to put themselves in harm's way and what they are fighting to protect.

Just in case you missed it in school, which you obviously have no clue about, freedom of speech is in the consitution of the United States. We have a right to free speech and we can and must speak up about the issues which concern us all. I would also suggest that you go back to school and take some lessons on english and spelling.

You should purchase a dictionary or at least use spell check. Then you should read a book, a newspaper or two, and listen to NPR everyday. Find out just how much blood is being spilled at the hands of our president and then I dare you to keep your mouth shut.

Excuse me, but have you ever read a story called '1984', by George Orwell? If not, then you really ought to read it. If so...well, then all I can really do is pity you for the absence of anything inside your head.

You are not helping the side you are on by speaking like this.

We are American citizens and entitled to free speech, no matter how stupid or traiterous it is.

If you want to help your side, argue the facts and use logic. Trust me, we have plenty of ammo on our side to do this with.

Because they want us to listen to their long-winded crap, and since we don't want to, they try and make us. To answer Nancy's question about global warming...if the Dems would shut up..the entire world would cool by 20 degrees.
