What difference would it make if it were or not. You can't get blood from a turnip and you can catch bees with honey than with vinegar. Instead of thinking all about you, start thinking of things from his perspective, he might be going through depression.

I should think that just the fact that he left is grounds for abandonment. Ithink I would be asking where the mistress is. If he isn't bringing money home and he is supposedly working, then someone is getting the money.

it has no longer something to do with the spouse. This has been my commentary through fact i'm no longer married. that surpassed off to those that i comprehend. adult adult males love stressful circumstances and sometihng that's new. enable me grant you with an occasion: i comprehend somebody who works a similar hours as her husband, they have twins. he comes abode first, her 2 hours later. yet wager who does the cooking? the cleansing? help the toddlers with their homework? supplies them baths? HER. He claimed that SHE wasnt paying interest to her yet he wasnt assisting her! then he had an affair, blamed the spouse and left the spouse with their young toddlers. He found out that the different woman became no longer in it for romance and begged to return back. wager what? the doorways have been locked to under no circumstances open to him. some adult adult males hate to whinge and bottle thoughts up, so while the spouse ask what's incorrect? what's occurring? they dont answer. yet for somer eason adult adult males think of that girls individuals are innovations readers! they discover somebody else and depart! why could the spouse be blamed? the final time i checked there have been 2 human beings in a marriage

Absolutely, get it in writing the legal way. File for divorce, and depending in your state ask for allimony aside from childsupport.
Don't make the mistake of joining him, if he is out of town/state. If he was a responsible man, he would have sent you money, or not have left in the first place.

We need more information to answer this question. The husband just up and left? Where did he say he went for work? Abandonment or just lying and more than likely cheating?

Probably not. Depends on if you are not able to support yourself. Just get a divorce.

That's a question for a lawyer, and it's probably different from state to state.
