The Rhine Research Center http://www.rhine.org/ and members of the Parapsychological Association http://www.parapsych.org/ which has been an affiliate of the
American Association for the Advancement of Science http://www.aaas.org/ since 1969 have spent years collecting evidence for ESP from controlled experiments that have been published in peer reviewed scientific journals.
Now some of this depends on how you define ESP. For instance the now popular Ganzfeld experiments return a rate of about 33% when chance would predict 25%. Skeptic Ray Hyman (a full member of the parapsychological association) has examined these studies (as have experts outside of parapsychology) and determined that results are not due to bad statistics, poor experimental controls, or fraud.
He has helped to create better controls for these experiments. However, Hyman while unable to explain these results says it is not Extra Sensory Perception because such an ability can not exist. So, there is evidence of something beyond chance that humans seem to be able to do but if you accept this as evidence of ESP is another question.

for me it is real, Two universities in the United States have academic parapsychology laboratories. The Division of Perceptual Studies, a unit at the University of Virginia's Department of Psychiatric Medicine, studies phenomena suggestive of the survival of consciousness after bodily death. The University of Arizona's Veritas Laboratory conducts laboratory investigations of mediums. Several private institutions, including the Institute of Noetic Sciences and others, conduct and promote parapsychological research. Outside the United States, the field is more active. Britain leads parapsychological study in Europe, with privately funded labs at the universities of Edinburgh, Northampton and Liverpool Hope, among others,so the investigation and experiments in these fields continue,...

I personally believe, yes it does exist. However, to prove it's exsistence is much more tricky.
Here are some sites:

However do you include astral projection in your definition of ESP? I seriously believe in Astral Projection...not something I have ever talked to you about personally, but it is definitally something you should look into. It has to do with dreams... I think it is right up your alley.
Here is a board (not a FAQ on what it is, google, wiki it first) to get you started on Astral Projection:

ESP, extra sensory perception is real. No, it's not something that can be scientifically proven or disproven to my knowledge. I wonder why people think they need to have evidence to believe... :)

I think certain aspects exist, such as I always know which elevator in a bank of them is going to open first, but other aspects are as you say, untapped, as yet by us, such as telekinesis.
Why not, really? It could well be that there is a scientific explanation for all of it, that our knowledge is still too rudimentary, and that we could still evolve if we don't destroy ourselves first.

Yes I believe it does. Any proff-no. I agree with one comment in particular. Why do we have to have that proof in order to know its real. Its faith in the unseeable.
I knew of a friend's death before I heard the news of its actual occurence. Strange but true. Peace!

No. There is no scientific evidence whatever for any form of ESP.
The JREF foundation has an open offer of a one million dollar prize for anyone who can demonstrate any form of ESP or other paranormal phenomenon. It's still unclaimed.
By the way, I can tell which elevator is going to arrive first too. It has something to do with looking at the numbers.
