I'm in the US (not roaming internationally). The website isn't clear. Do I get charged for receiving calls as well as dialing them?

if you are dialing with a card then there is no charge but just standard minutes just being used.

Yes they will. Unless you have a prepaid phone. They charge you no matter what. Since you live in Cali and your getting calls from out of location they charge you alot.

call the customer service dept.
they have a reference guide with your calls and calls to anywhere.
I used to work for VZ and this came up often.
There's also a plan at VZ for $4.00 a month less to call place
It would be to your advantage to call the real customer service staff.
