I've tried scanning/deleting for viruses, removing the program, and everything else, but nothing worked. I keep getting popups with all this stuff. how do I remove this?

Scan for trojans, adware, and spyware and remove (free online scan, no downloaded program) with Ewido Online Scanner ( now known as AVG Anti-Spyware). This is NOT the same as AVG Anti-Virus.

Since you stated you are simply downloading songs, you will have to be adequate. It's the films (exceptionally .wmv's) and application that may purpose issues. well wat kind of computer do u have ? if u have a windows xp and its a dell then the best way is to shut down your computer and when the dell logo pops up u put ctrl f11 and then it restores it
