Clothes are good if you know her style. However, if you're not totally /sure/ she'll dig what you get her try getting her a gift card to her local mall. That way she can get what she likes while having an outing with her friends.

They have nice samsung digital cameras at walmart for $100.00, and the memory cards are 2/$20 1GB!! They come in red, pink and silver. There are some cheaper ones too.
If that is more then your spending, give her the cash. she's 13!!

13, oh my. She is just becoming a teenager, and I'm sure she has a mind of her own. Find out from her mother what is her favorite clothing store, and get her a gift certificate. She will love being able to pick out what she really wants.

You get bunch of red rose for her . And you get her with cakes and chocolate since she seems to be innocent right now. she will be lovable to take your gift.
