There is no difference between tarantulas and spiders, since tarantulas are spiders. Tarantulas are a group of spiders with similar characteristics; they are all hairy and none of them spin webs.
The word raptile does not exist as far as I know, but the word reptile (which is similar so I assume this is what you mean) refers to a class of animals, the same as the word mammal refers to a class of animals (including humans; animals which have hair, give birth to live young, feed their children with breast milk, are warm blooded etc). Reptiles are cold blooded vertebrates, and include animals like crocodiles, lizards, turtles, tortoises and snakes.
