I don't agree with your criteria.

I do have a question, though. Your #5 states
"Most have won 3 titles in a roll..."

I'm not sure ANY team has won "in a roll". Could you provide an example? What kind of roll did they win in? A cinnamon roll? An egg roll? A sausage roll? How did these giant rolls hold a court and players?

Also, what about teams that win 3 titles in a row? Where do they fit in your criteria?

Well they're better then anyone in NBA History, except for the Celtics, Lakers, and Bulls Dynasties in the past.

Celtics 1956-57, 1958-59, 1959-60, 1960-61, 1961-62, 1962-63, 1963-64, 1964-65, 1965-66, 1967-68, 1968-69, 1973-74, 1975-76, 1980-81, 1983-84, 1985-86.

Lakers 1948-49, 1949-50, 1951-52, 1952-53, 1953-54, 1971-72, 1979-80, 1981-82, 1984-85, 1986-87, 1987-88, 1999-2000, 2000-2001, 2001-02,

Bulls 1990-91, 1991-92, 1992-93, 1995-96, 1996-97, 1997-98,

Spurs 1998-99, 2002-03, 2004-05, 2006-07.

Everyone else has 3, 2, 1, Zero Titles to their Names.

First of all, let me correct you, the SPURS are the "DOMINANT" team of their era.

I disagree with you that you have to win back to back to be a dynasty. The Spurs have been in contention for the title every year for a decade now and they have won 3 with the 4th coming in several days.

They have consistently won their Division and Conference titles and outside of the Celtics, Lakers and Bulls no other franchise has been better than the Spurs.

Team of the Decade and a dynasty (despite not getting back to backs...yet) Anyway dynasties must fall into place as well and the Spurs are behind the Bulls, Lakers and Celtics (the last 3)

Sorry, hon, but I don't subscribe to your definitions. The Spurs have won 6 of the last 9 division titles, 4 of the last 8 conference titles, and 3 of the last 7 championships. And they're going to win the championship this year. Their dynasty has already begun.

They willl be a 4, and possibly a 5, if they can steal a player in the draft. (And the chances of that are very high, they got Parker and Ginobili late in the draft)

how about 0.

0. Forgetable and kind of dirty team with
a boring superstar that cries about every call.

surley will be the most forgetable nba finals and
champion, not really much to talk about, other than
who will win it next year, and hope it will be two
exciting teams that makes shots not miss, 40 or 50
shots in the game and win 75-72.
Ouch! I can't take it anymore.
