u cant really pic because it depends on what u want in a phone. 1 person could be looking for certain features and u could be looking for something with other features. so it really depends on the person

I don't think it has been released yet.
I only say that because I've got a desk full of mobile phones, from all the major US carriers, and all of them have connectivity problems. Granted this is mostly the fault of the carrier networks, but if the handsets themselves can't keep signal in a major metropolitan city, then there's issues.
The phone in my pocket these days is the Nokia E61. Great keyboard, solid wi-fi, but lack of camera is disappointing.

Right now either the Pocket PC or the Treo both are sprint/nextel phones. At the end of this month probably the iPhone.

definitely HTC Shift (when it comes out, and if you dont mind the price). it will be the first phone to have windows Vista and has the best videocall camera anounced so far
