Help her relax and feel comfortable. Do not try to rush things, take your time. Anything you do ask her how she feels, if she shows discomfort stop. Don't try to get her drunk to relax, bad idea, she might regret doing it for the rest of her life. I would advice you not to drink also. If you ask her how she feels and listen to what she says, it will help her relax and feel more comfortable. Lots and lots of foreplay will help her relax and get in the mood. Don't try to push your weenie in, use your fingers to help her feel at ease and comfortable.
