Alwell as that do you have any other ways i could improve my are musicles?

Do as many as you can, but not to the point that you are exhausted.
Then everyday add another 5, 10, 15, or 20 more. Whatever you can handle.
Don't overdue it and hurt yourself. Will end up taking longer.

Do as many as you can. And then do more. Do them every other day so that your body can rebuild the muscles on the off days.

You could also do weight training which allows you to vary the weight. There are many many different approaches to weight training so I won't go into details here.

If you don't want to go to a gym, swimming, press-ups, sit-ups and chin-ups will all help.

nice thats good do some chin ups and a little bit of weights and punch the heavybag thats all u need 2 do

As many as you can do before you cant do anymore.then try doing more everyday.
weightlifting or push-ups also help to.or playing outside sorts like basketball,football,etc..
