People always seem to bang on about how "even if you don't come, there is still a chance that she is pregnant" and patronizing crap like "well i guess you weren't too worried or you wouldn't have been so stupid". Yeah thanks for that, idiot.
Human beings are not overly fertile animals. Even if you are mutually fertile and you do it at just the right time and you come inside her, there is only about a 1 in 5 chance that a woman will get pregnant. If you don't come inside her, then I'm assuming it is much less, say 1 in 50.
Nobody seems to put on a figure on this, they just like saying that there is'"a chance". Well there's a chance I will get struck by lightning on the way to work, but I don't the f*ck worry about it, do I?
Ok where was I? Now if you don't do it at the 'right' time of the month, then I will assume that it the probability also much less. The rhythm method of contraception is only about 90% effective - that is, out of every 10 women practicing it over a full year, we expect one to get pregnant. In contrast, the pill is about 99% effective.
I estimate that if you didn't come and it was the wrong time of the month, then the chance she is pregnant is about 1 in 200. That's just me, you understand, I'm not a brain surgeon.
You said this all happened a month ago but you haven't said that she is late with her period. As far as I know, that usually happens every month or so.
If this means that you did it at about the time of her period (either just before or just after) then you are probably fine. More than probably. Assuming you didn't come (even a little bit) inside her.
But if this instead means that you did it half way through her cycle, and she is now two weeks late and she normally has regular periods, then it's time to get a pregnancy test, ok?

If you "came" inside her then there is a chance that she could fall pregnant, no doubt. Even pre-come can do it. It was a really stupid thing to do.
If you don't want a child, if your not ready, ALWAYS USE A CONDOM. Being nearly a month ago, did she have a period since? If so, its unlikely that she would be pregnant. But next time, IF there is a next time, be more responsible, use protection, for both you sakes. Or just DO NOT HAVE SEX. Neither of you sound prepared for the consequences of your actions, and if pregnant, they would be hard to hide for long.

Did you come in her? If you came in her it doesn't matter if it was for a minute or an hour, it only takes one sperm. Has she gotten her period in the past month? If she hasn't she may very well be pregnant. Have her take a test, they only cost like $15 or less at the drug store. If she isn't preggers, or has had a period, have her get on the pill. If you live in the US, she can go to planned parenthood and get the pill for free without her parents consent. Until then, be smart and use a condom!

Even if you were inside her for one minute, it still possible that you pre-ejaculated. and pre-*** releases the more potent sperm making it more likely that one could fertilise an egg.
If it has been a month, and she has not had her menstrual cycle (period) then she should consider buying a pregnancy exam to make sure.
And if you plan to continue having sex, you should wear a condom, no matter how long you're inside her.
*Good Luck*

There's always a possibility that a woman can be pregnant from unprotected sex. If it's been a month, it's definitely time to go to the drugstore for a test.
Good luck.

you need to stop having sex since it sounds like you aren't old enough or mature enough to understand what you are doing.
It has little to do with how long you had sex. If you are worried she is pregnant have her do a pregnancy test and then you will know.

it's possible that she could be pregnant! Even if you didn't ejaculate in her, you most likely let out pre-***.
