If you're in good health, not much. Pain and swelling at the site.

One bit me on the calf of my leg. It hurt some, and I spent a night vomiting and generally feeling unwell. I lost about a half-inch crater of skin from necrosis.

Some slight feeling of sickness in normal healty human
