i do need 3 kickers b/c this league has 2 kickers starting each week, same with DEF 2 starting each week

For a 12-team league, I'd say that you did a very solid job. Your only weakness is at the 2nd Running Back position. Barber was a TD machine last year, but it's very questionable if he'll be used in the same manner this year. There's also a large question mark hanging over the platoon situation in Dallas.

You might want to consider testing the trade waters to see if you can upgrade that spot. I'd recommend packaging Barber with Delhomme and making a play for an elite back. Good luck!

your second running back position is weak, you can't rely on either barber or taylor, you can pick up a sleeper wideout or tight end and drop a kicker until you have one on a bye week, your team will be middle of the pack, unless a couple of unexpected gems develop from some your wideouts, and running backs.

7 out of 10. Drop Lee Evans and find someone else. Also you don't need 3 kickers. Drop one and pick uo another Wide reciever
