Not at all. Only a confident person can admit that he or she was wrong. (and all of us are wrong sooner or lataer) Furthermore you will learn more in life if you allow yourself to see other points of view.

No, it does not mean you've"lost". But so many here answered that it makes you bigger than the other person and I don't find that true at all either, because you are the one who was wrong in the first place, and hopefully the other person(people) have also admitted to being wrong at some point in their lives to someone. So, with so many big people, the only little ones are the ones who stand around and rub in how wrong YOU are, instead of admitting that they too have made mistakes.

We only really grow when we make mistakes and have to learn. So admiting you are wrong doesn't mean you have lost, because there is nothing that is necessarily "lost" except maybe your pride, but thats a whole differnet issue. By admiting you are wrong it gives you the opportunity to grow, mature, and show that you arn't so stupid that you will hold onto lies or wrong answers just for the sake of the matter. It shows your maturity.

Lost what? Admitting you're wrong means you know wrong from right and are willing to make a change and do the right thing. That's what intelligent and responsible people, who want to succeed in life do.
In a sense, it instead means you've gained! ( What you thought they probably lost)

Not at all. You only lose if you believe you have lost. Next time you admit you are wrong, don't say it like you are being defeated! Say it like you mean it, but back it up! Say... "Yeah, I am sorry, I guess the sky really IS blue. But now I know that, and I am very happy that I know. Hey, did you know that my hair is brown?" Stupid example, but you get the point. Go get 'em, girl!

It's better to admit your wrong than know your wrong and still act like your right just for the sake of winning. If you were right it doesn't mean that you are a winner, so being wrong doesn't mean you a loser.

Admitting that you're wrong is acknowledge that you're human. It acknowledges that you are also the type of person who can be gracious in a time of stress. It demonstrates a person who can be far more than open-minded, but someone who can learn and learn from their mistakes.
"I'm sorry. I was wrong," can be the hardest statement to make, but one of the most rewarding.
I apologized twice today. It will likely happen again tomorrow.

tell him provided that it will make you sense extra positive, what i propose by that's. you're feeling accountable about doing this with this different individual. yet you dont sense accountable about once you probably did it. i'm assuming the sex with this different individual wasnt that reliable becasue if it replaced into you wouldnt pass again on your boyfriend. Thats the position the guilt is comming from. no matter if you tell him about what got here about, the guilt will nevertheless be there. you in ordinary words sense sorry about what you probably did becasue you didnt like the sex. So no dont tell him. becasue in case you do tell him you'll sense accountable.

No. It means you are the stronger person and you're able to admit when you are wrong. You're not afraid of admitting these things to yourself.
