Not yet, laptops using quad core processors will be released in 2008, since they will especially be targeting the gaming market I'm sure you will see it first combined with the top graphics cards. http://www.engadget.com/2007/06/03/intel-reveals-quad-core-laptop-chip-in-the-pipeline-for-2008/

None yet.
Current mobile C2D draws 34 watts. A quad mobile processor could possibly draw not less than 50 watts.
The 8800GTS draws about 103 watts.

Putting them together in a (huge?) laptop would probably require a 5kg battery. The laptop could also fry your lap or break your thighbone.

But there are now DX10 graphics for laptops like the Feforce Go 8600M:

Quad core is not confirmed yet, voltages a little tooo high, so intel will need to make them a little cooler, ect.

But the Clevo D90C has MXM IV, and is capable of the 8800GTX up in SLI once released, and they are going to sell them now like a regular video card.

I haven't seen any laptop with that hardware. It's still considered cutting edge on the desktop platform, so it's unlikely you'll see it on a laptop for another six months to a year - two years before it's anything resembling affordable.

Need a laptop you fry eggs on with a battery life of 15 minutes or less?

it is not likely....as the most i have seen in a desktop is a Dual Dual core setup...(Two Dual core processors on the same board) This setup draws a lot of power...and it is unlikely we will see it in a laptop for a long time.
