Fc = 4pi^2 m r / T^2

find the period
4rel / 10s

flip it
10s / 4rel = 2.5s/rel

the period is 2.5s

Fc = 4pi^2 (35) (3.5) / (2.5)^2
Fc = 773.8N

Find the velocity using the radius of the carousel and how long it takes to make four revolutions. Than use the formula

F = m v^2 / r
