Although I'm not a big sports fan, I've always wondered what is hardest -- a hole in one (golfing), bowling a 300 game, pitching a no-hitter -- or something else? What's the most spectacular thing in sports?

This is a great question. A lot of those things you mentioned require a little help from your teammates or a bit of luck. I think one of the most impressive purely individual accomplishments I have ever seen in a team sport was seeing Nolan Ryan strike out the side on nine pitches. I would be curious to see how many times that's ever happened.

I'm going to go with an unassisted triple play in baseball. There have been roughly 250,000 MLB games played in the last hundred years and this feat has only been accomplished 13 times.

I think a quadruple double..when it comes to basketball..is pretty hard to accomplish...
