I have a picture of me and Cecil and Prince, when Prince was about 15. I met them after a game at Skydome in Toronto. HE hit a monster home run that day. Deserves TO be in There

As of now, the only ballot Cecil Fielder appeared on was the 2004 Ballot. He only received 1 vote
There are rules regarding elections, such as you need to at least 5% of the vote to be added to the next years vote.
So as of now, no he is not going to appear on any ballots any time soon

Fielder last played in 1998 and was included on the 2004 ballot. He received 1 vote, 0.20%, and was removed from future consideration on the writers's ballot (5.0% minimum required for retention).
