Come on! My hubby is a po po and he cares about animals. Unlike people, they have never given him a reason not to love them!

No witnesses, run the off the road or pull them over and beat the sh-it out of them. Witnesses, make sure they are procecuted for felony animal abuse.

I would call the police and report it. I'd also go see if the poor thing had been hit or not. Once a month I take some poor wounded animal to the vet or the local Audubon lady. I don't tolerate that crap and I'd help the animal.

I would write down the license plate and report the deranged person's behavior. Animals are almost people (ask any animal lover) and innocent and need our compassion. Such people should be behind bars.

Get the license plate. Report it to the police. Report it to animal welfare. In the UK its the RSPCA.
If it was someone that I knew, I would buy a bottle of nitromors paint stripper, and pour it all over their car at night.

I would call 911 and tell them that you suspect a vehicle to be driven by someone under the influence of drugs or alcohol and give them the liscense plate number and what area your in. That should be fun for the punks to get pulled over. :)

I would report them!! My sister witnessed an 18 wheeler do this. He sped up and hit a dog crossing the highway! She chased him down and cussed him out, then got his license plate and reported him!

I saw a company dump truck speed up and hit one of our endangered cranes, (here in Wisconsin,) I sped up, got his license, called the company...they acted like, Oh well...so I made a call to the crane foundation, and gave them all the info...the guy was ticked! get this....10,000$!!!! I feel wonderful! The poor crane that was hit and killed had a mate, who mourned over the body, until the body was removed! people are cruel!

Get out and tend to the needs of the poor animal, or take it to a vet. Especially if it was a worm. SAVE THE WORMS <<< we should start a protest in front of Washington D.C.

If it wasn't a wild animal like a raccoon or something I'd go see if it was ok and call the animal control.

I would get the creeps license number and call the cops! I hate jerks that are mean to animals!
