They sent me home because i wasnt progressing. i was between 3 and 4 cm. So the contractions are not as bad today and very less frequent. If i have sex or walk a lot will it move this process up.

So my baby isnt dead she is very alive and moving today. I was stuck between 3 and 4 cm. So they sent me home. Will walking or having sex break my bag or speed the process up or what? Help

If they said your bag is sticking out some then you should avoid sex. You don't want to expose the baby to any bacteria. I would try walking. Like someone else said, I'm surprised they sent you home. They could have admitted you and given you some Ptocin to speed things along a little. Good Luck and Congrats on the baby.

I've never heard of the bag sticking out but if they weren't concerned than you shouldn't be either. You can always call and have them explain it more to you. Sex can help speed things along sometimes and so can lots of walking it can get those contractions more regular so go ahead and try as long as the doctors didn't give you any restrictions.

I am surprised they sent you home!!! 3-4 cm, contracting and a bulging bag, souds like true labor to me!!! I would not have sex, it may break your water and thats just messy!!! Go for a walk, its likely you will end up in the hospital by tonight/tomorrow.

A bulging bag can be common. mine was with my first. and she is ALIVE and well. you are probally really close to having this baby. I am also surprised they sent you home. Hope you see your baby soon!

Yes I totally recommend you get active either with sex or walking just do something and I am sure you will have a baby really soon.
