He probably had it removed as they can sometimes turn out to be cncerous, not so good eh

I believe it was removed as a precaution since it could have become cancerous. I don't think it was a vanity issue

His doctor said it could turn into cancer so he got rid of it off his face. He might have kept it or sold it at auction.
