It's an amazing song, not only because the vocals, but the meaning is deep as well.

My friend chose this song for her project:
"Teardrops on my Guitar" by Taylor Swift

That song has an actual storyline if that is what you are looking for!

Tears in Heaven - Eric Clapton. about when his young son fell to his death from a window.
Coward of the County - Kenny Rogers about a young man promising his dad he wouldn't fight, but had to avenge an assault on his girl friend. Hope this helps.

I would agree with the previous answerer, "Tears in Heaven". Or, "Imagine" by John Lennon still applies in today's world.
