YES. They not only saw it...but it looked bigger. (It was slightly closer to earth then.) A day on Earth was also shorter then. At the time they became extinct, a day was only 22 hours long. When they first appeared a day was about 21 hours long. Then spin of Earth is slowing down as the moon slips slightly farther away each year. I like your question and gave it a star.

I'm sure they did. As far as anyone knows the Moon has always been there. Well, not always, but wait, I've seen it in pictures of Dinosaurs!

The moon has been around for 4 billion years. The dinosaurs appeared about 200 million years ago.
Quick calc tells you the moon had been there 3.8 billion years before the dinosaurs appeared.

Dinosaurs didn't wear pants so they saw the moon all the time.

Of course they saw it.
The moon was formed a little after the formation of the Earth, so unless they were hiding in caves, then yes, they most likely saw it at night, but probably didn't know what to think.

why wouldnt they?? unless they lived inlike caves there whole lives, or didnt have eyes. The moon has been here before life existed on the planet

Yes, and it wouldn't have looked all that different from the way it looks now, aside from being apparently a little bigger as it was a little closer to Earth.
