ok my current employer & last one are libras & every time they mess up they dont admitt it because it makes them look stupid?........these are the words that have come out of there mouths i have a real hard time working for this current libra. one day she tells you one thing then the next is something else. shes so needy & does'nt like to take responsibilty for anything. then she always feels shes right. (by the way i know it depends on the entire chart, no offense to the other libras) any one have good advice i can follow

Every time I worked for a manager, they'd mess up and not admit it. None of them were Librans. It is a corporate image thing, not a horoscope thing - you don't admit you are wrong because you would lose face and embarrass the company too. The best advice I can give is to look for another job, because the only Libran I worked for was a bad manager who was inconsistent behaviourwise, so I hated working for him.

There is this sales insurance agent guy who I love very much and he is a very hot, very attractive, very handsome and very good-looking man and he has a great body. He is born in the month of October. I do not know the date he was born on or what year he was born in. He is either a Libra or a Scorpio. In one way I think he knew that he was wrong for not accepting the card, candy and gift that I gave him and he is afraid to look stupid once in a while after that incident. He will not accept anything that I give him. He is single. He said that he is in a relationship with someone else. He is not married to her. Couldn't he have accepted the card, candy and gift from a friend to a friend? Isn't that what friends do?

even after the little personal quarrel we had, i have to admit that i have seen the same thing in some libras as well! my mom is a Libra and she acts that way sometimes too. i also have some libra friends that do the same! Libras are generally very intelligent(from the many i know, not kidding) so they are afraid to look even a little dumb. but i just accept it. i cant change it. the thing that helps me in dealing with this is that i at least know that they made a mistake and that they're not perfect, even if they dont want to admit it.

My father is A Libra and he's not good at Organize things but He's actually good to get along with, so maybe its better that you or a Fellow LEO, or an Aries take the Leadership role because we don't Mess things Up.
Remember Followers are not Good Leaders.

Dear Lioness Queen, Good luck on the job search! You HAVE to check out this astrology book. It is consistent and valuable information. Linda Goodman's SUN SIGNS. It not only includes male, female, lover, but also the child, boss, and employee!
So who cares "why" they're like that... (my guess is you boss has a Virgo influence, they have an absolute NEED to be right and are always convinced they ARE right!) ... just learn how to deal with their vulnerabilities.
Honestly, the book has been a great help to me. Here's one small portion (in my own words)
regarding a LIBRA BOSS: she polls every opinion but her ulterior motive could be that once the decision is finally made, if it doesn't work she can always blame it on somebody else... sound familiar?
Really... check it out. It'll also tell you how to deal with different signs. Who knows what your new boss may be?

4) Leo. The godfather. ;)
When two of these bosses clash, they usually want to see who is the king of kings, unless they want the same thing and agree about who's good for what. So now u got it.

i have a boss who is a libra and you just discribed her to a t. im not saying this is all libras though, maybe just a running thing with libras in management positions

I went out with a libra when they are right they are liked by all and they are often conserened with out ward appearances and they are big procrastnaters and they dont like to be wrong and thats when they will fight even if you know they are wrong
