people should not have the right to use the interent at work. You don't own the equipment, and are wasting your employer's money for being a slacker on the job using the interent, to surf porn when you should be working.
Using the interent at home should be private.

Home is one thing. But you can't expect privacy in a public place. If you're using the company's computers, they can read everything you write and view everything you view. You should not be doing personal work on company time. That's stealing and it's a crime.
