George Bush wasted $40 million taxpayer dollars arming the Palestinian "Presidential Guards" who, with the backing of Israeli Artillery and Airstrikes launched an abortive coup to overthrow the elected government of Palestine.

End result a Hamas Victory. That's two failures in a row for Israel.

It sure is a myth we want democracies or elected governments. We want what is convenient for us!

The CIA overthrew an elected government in Iran and put in the pro US Oil Shaw of Iran! Now look at Iran and tell me what a good job we have done, or even Iraq for that matter. Hell, they were better off under Saddam, who we also put into power in a country that had a constitutional representative government, much like ours!

Democracy...another line that is a convenient lie!

Your funny, do you really think Israel did not wish to see Hamas take power in Palestine? They (Israel) have done everything to made this happen, as with the hardline against them, it is much more easier to justify the use of excessive power to control Palestinian territories...
So wait a little and you will understand why Israel has let this happen... Even if you say that the US has "officially" financed the Fatha, do you know how much money they have provide to the Hamas "unofficially"?...

This is what Israel has been hoping for.

With any hope of a legitimate democratic government gone down the toilet, Hamas has gone into rabid dog mode and is killing any moderates it can find.

And Israel can finally declare formal war on the new leadership, killing them once and for all. End game: Israel.

You would think that after at least fourty-six years that I know of, with Israel fighting with their neighbors, and America helping them when they get in trouble, we would stand up as Americans and tell our government to just stop it !!!!! But, alas, it is great money maker for the military industrial complex, and it will never end.

Does this mean they aren't the "chosen ones" anymore? If thats the case, I think its high time we loaded them all on boats and sent them back to Russia or Poland, or wherever the hell they came from.
