Why does everyone put so much confidence in this stuff when the sun and the planets are not where astrologers claim they are. All signs are off by one month. Please read before you respond. I'm not choosing a mate based on where the sun is in a clump of stars. I do have some intelligence.

Like the other guy said, real Astrology is accurate. The horoscopes that you read in horoscope columns are NOT real astrology, they are for entertainment purposes. It is too bad that most people have no idea what so ever of what real astrology is, so how could they have an educated opinion on it. Each person has their own unique horoscope chart that is based on their date, time (hour minute, am/pm) and location (longitude, latitude and time zone) of birth. It is unique to them and no two are alike. You have 3 signs a sun sign, rising sign, and moon sign. Every horoscope chart has 12 houses associated to the 12 signs signs of the zodiack and rule different aspects of your life. Each sign has a ruling planet that rules a house in your chart. The other planets are placed in these houses based on their locations at the time of your birth which gives further significance. The planets make aspects to each other, favorable and unfavorable. All of this has to be constructed for your chart and the meanings determined. This is your natal horoscope that tells of your personality, abilities, talents, likes, dislikes, physical features etc. Predictions are based on transits. Transits are the current locations of planets for the current day and how they aspect your Natal chart and the planets in the Natal chart.

This is a major flaw with astrology which instead of explaining is easier to just plain ignore. Hows and whys do not come with "beliefs". Other unknowns include what kind of energy emits from the planets that "compel" humans on a individual level? Based on birth date? Why these forces do not weaken with distance or get canceled out by the earth or the sun? Pluto is vital for astrologers, but there are moons of the outer planets that are larger than Pluto or Mercury but have no powers. Why? Be prepared to be called names but get no answers even to the obvious.

Best to checkout the link below how astrology does not work even using their own rules.

I don't necessarily believe in my daily horoscope, but I do believe in the trends they claim.

For example, I'm a Virgo dating a Pisces. Our relationship is awesome, we hardly ever fight, are both crazy about each other. He only drives me crazy because he's not working towards his life's goals as hard as I am. If you look the match up on any horoscope site, that's what they'll give you.
