I get anything for dinner tonight, and i cant decide between a KFC meal or a $5 little caesers hot and ready pizza. What is better for you and what will help me get bigger. What one has more protein?

They're both awful for you, but if you take the skin off the chicken it's the better choice.

I am thinking that the KFC Bowl would be real good for me about now. Yummy. I hear the KFC Bowl if full of protein. Yummy.

Obviously chicken has more protein, but they're probably about sixes when it comes to heath content. I'd go for Little Caeser's because it's cheaper and you get more food.

KFC if you pull the skin off. I know it's the best part, but the skin is like the worst thing for you to eat.

KFC definitely has more protein. Go for something a little lower in fat, like rotisserie chicken.
