If I have reg.periods,know I always OV on CD16 (charting) & get EWCM does it mean my hormones are in balance?

I thought i might have low progesterone levels but thinking about it, does this mean my failure in TTC would probably lie somewhere else - ie bad eggs or poor implantation or sperm quality) rather than in any problems with my cycle?

No, women can have perfectly normal cycles and still have low progesterone. Short luteal phase is another possibility. Low sperm count could be to blame as could blocked fallopian tubes.
