If your dad is at all handy around the house, I'm sure he would love a Home Depot gift card. If your dad had a more intellectual leaning, he would like a gift card from a good book store.

I would preffered a 37" inch tv, golf set, genuine diamond watch or massage cushion. If he doesn't like that check out some stores:k-mart and value city. They have sales for father's day. Value City has a sale that says save up to 75% off the deparment store prices. K-mart says some stuff off like jersey shorts 50% off.

You should get your dad a nice t-shirt and a card saying Happy Father' Day and you could give him a concert.

Something for whatever hobby he has. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, racing, hunting, and if you budget is limited it can be as simple as a hat or pocket knife. Show up if you can, and hug him, call if you can't, that's most important.
