I practice this EVERY night. I have wished for a pass on the NCLEX and it came true. I have wished for healthy babies and they came true. I have one wish that has been the same now for almost 2 years. But you know you can't tell your wish or it won't come true.

yes i have wished upon a star, and the wish did come true, to raise a community helpout to help a family, and raise $ for them, u have a gr8 day 2
