Is there a way to make a user account on xp and make it so that on the account you can not use msn or firefox?

You can buy a spy ware program that will record everything done on your computer and also restrict users from doing things or using programs you don't want them using I have it and without my pass word nobody gets into the things I block plus I can see everywhere they go who they IM and all that good stuff it keeps my kids in check or rather makes them think i am psycic they don't know I have it....

Take Darrels suggestion, employers use spyware on there computer systems to keep track of what there employees are doing to make sure they are working instead of goofing off.

Well,
you'll have to install parental controls such as YPC and Webroot's Child Safe.
Both are reasonably good but i recommend Child Safe.
It is more strict.

log on as admin, create new user acct select the options you do or do not wish that user to access.. poof done ~cheers~
