As another person pointed out, though, trashy types in general lower property values. I tend to agree with that, and sadly, trash comes in all sizes and colours!

Judging by the price of houses in Los Angeles, I'd have to say NO.
What lowers property values is permanently parking a wrecked camper on the street in front of your house. Where I live, that's done by peole of all races. I got one in my front yard, myself.
